Milena Simone is a multilingual actor and filmmaker born and raised in a small town in Switzerland. Trained in both theatre and film, she combines strong physicality with deep emotional truth and approaches each project with curiosity and dedication.
Her passion for performance began on the ice, where she competed internationally as a synchronized figure skater for over ten years. With an ever-growing love for acting, she began her professional training at sixteen at the New York Film Academy's summer program in Los Angeles. Later, her path brought her to London, where she further developed her acting with a focus on film through various classes. Thanks to her time in London, Milena discovered her love for theatre, which led to her degree at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles with a focus on both Theatre and Film acting. During her time at the Academy, Milena was able to take on challenging and complex roles on stage, such as the lead character Lil in Last Summer at Blue Fish Cove. She also had the chance to produce her first short film, “A Few Years Too Late”, in which she also starred. Since graduating, Milena has appeared in award-winning short films, vertical series, and stage productions throughout Los Angeles. She portrayed the First Witch in Shakespeare's Macbeth, Ms Dilber in A Christmas Carol, as well as Metellus and Voluminus in an all-female version of Julius Caesar. Now based in Zurich, Milena continues to work across film and theatre, collaborating on projects in Switzerland and internationally. Official Profiles |
