Silvia Hediger is a Swiss actress with Filipino roots whose artistic background combines acting, dance and stage performance. From an early age, she developed a passion for storytelling through movement, music and live performance, laying the foundation for her later work as an actress.
After completing her professional training as a dance and gymnastics teacher at the Macciacchini Dance School in Zurich, she appeared in numerous stage and dance productions, including performances at Theater Millers Zurich, Zytglogge Theater Bern and various cultural events throughout Switzerland. She later expanded her artistic training at the Stage Academy Zurich, where she completed an intensive program in acting, singing, camera performance and communication. Between 2020 and 2025, Silvia attended various film acting courses at the Swiss Acting Institute and continued to refine her craft through ongoing training and practical experience. Alongside her studies, she appeared in short movies, independent film productions and commercials, gaining valuable experience in front of the camera. In 2023/24, she portrayed Matti, the daughter of Emilie Wedekind, in the stage production Eine Starke Frau – Emilie Wedekind at Schloss Lenzburg. Her work is characterized by emotional authenticity, empathy and a strong interest in character-driven storytelling. Drawing from her multicultural background and diverse artistic experience, Silvia Hediger continues to develop her work across film, theatre and performance, seeking projects that explore meaningful human stories and genuine emotional connection.
